Thanks to the advice I received in my previous post I think I had overall a pretty good weekend :) There is SO MUCH valuable advice that I know I will refer to again and again later on when weekends and eat-outs come up. Some of the suggestions are new ideas to me, and some are great, great reminders of things that I've tried out before but have forgotten.
Thank you for the much appreciated advice~~~

So weekend recap. Friday night I went to the supermarket on a 1/2 full stomach and came back with lots of veggies, lean meats and healthy snacks (if you can call them snacks; they were konjac, grapefruits and eggs).

Saturday I went in to the gym early, mostly just to take a walk and get myself out of the house. I took a 30 min Body Healing class that was a combination of yoga, tai-chi, meditation and stretch, and felt quite refreshed afterwards. The rest of the day I spent at home lying around eating sensibly and *snacking on healthy foods* such as yogurt, veggie juice, and 2 boiled eggs. Not so bad after all :)

Sunday I went in and did Body Pump 45 min and spinning 45 min, and then headed shopping with my gym buddy J. I needed to save money for taxes this month so I didn't end up buying anything, and meals throughout the day were quite sensible too. I did have a beer at night and some chocolates. Hee but I slept with a smile on my face last night so I think the beer paid off. Can't hurt to relax a little eh? Plus I didn' have any other alcohol the entire last week.

This morning my coworkers were passing out treats they got from weekend expeditions to Fuji-san, Okinawa, etc., so I had some Japanese cookies and sweets. But it's still early in the day and I will burn them off. Will probably do spinning again tonight and head home early to rest.

I think this week will be great!! Nothing can beat a positive Monday :>

P.S. I got my body composition assessment for the end of my second 3 month challenge and I will put that up soon. Results were ahem. Ya u know, not so hot :<
But I will kick butt this time in my new 3-month challenge.

I can't believe it's the end of your second 3-month challenge! I thought your first one just ended?!!! Guess that was a few months ago hehe. Don't worry about not doing great. It's all about the long term. You'll do better next time :)
