Well yesterday turned out to be a junk food fest. Hehe I can't really say I regretted it either. The BF was studying at his desk the whole day and I ended up lying around watching TV and just catching up on all the junk food that I miss.

Hehe my nutritionist is not gonna like it.
But then what the heck. I needed a release.
I did enjoy the foods that I had yesterday. And tomorrow I will make a confession to her, and hopefully work something out.

Today I will be good and back on track; I'll try to make a decent weigh-in tomorrow (HYC Tuesday), or at least go for a number that's not too, too devastating. Friday was my new low too, 61.9 kg (136.7 lbs), but I got a bit too "carefree" over the weekend >.<

Hope you all had a better weekend than me.

It is so hard to avoid the junk food when you are laying around. It is almost as if they go together. That and stress are my two greatest enemies in my weight loss journey.

Sounds like you and I had the same type of weekend! And like you, I have no regrets! I think you can get burnt out just eating right all the time, every once in awhile its good to have a junkfood fest.
